I obtained my MSc degree in 2022 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I studied how to improve the valuation efficiency in rates and rent valuation by applying GIS analysis under the supervision of Dr. Rui CAO (at HK PolyU). Prior to joining LSGI of PolyU, I received my Bachelor Degree in Social Policy and Social Development from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017 and my Diploma in Estate Surveying from the University of Hong Kong (HKU SPACE) in 2020 respectively. My research interests are mainly focused on real estate market research by applying GIS and regression analysis such as real estate price prediction and mass property valuation.

I like driving, sailing and kayaking. I obtained different types of driving licences including private car, motor cycle, truck, taxi, minibus, bus, etc. I am currently a registered kayak coach of Hong Kong Canoe Union.
