Sinuo Dong holds the master degree in geomatics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the master degree in arbitration and dispute resolution from City University of Hong Kong, and the bachelor degree in property management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Sinuo Dong worked at Centaline Surveyors Limited (HK) where he developed extensive knowledge of property valuation. He has become a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a general practice surveyor since 2017. He is currently working at the valuation and advisory services department of Colliers in Beijing.
