Zhijie ZHOU received his BSc degree in Geographic Information Science from Guangzhou University in 2024. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in research on hydrological analysis and published two papers in peer-reviewed journals such as Geography and Sustainability. He is currently pursuing an MPhil degree at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). His research integrates geographic information systems (GIS) and machine learning methods, applying spatial syntax and complex network models to analyze urban issues such as thermal environments and livability assessment.
